Pre-order cancellation

You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund at any time before the complete planner is released and the final downloadable files are made available.

If the release date changes, this cancellation option remains available until the final product is delivered.

Digital download refund policy

Once the complete planner has been released and the final downloadable files have been made available, purchases are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.

A refund may still be provided for duplicate charges, inaccessible or corrupted files that cannot be resolved, or when the delivered product is materially different from its description.

This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law or the policy of the marketplace where the purchase was made.
